Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your LaserPecker device to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and safety goggles to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for inspection by our technical team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
